Warranty
All of products of parts-country.com with warranty on each list, we will warranty it as the list detail, defective products may be replaced or refund within warranty, If products do not work properly, please contact us and provide photo detail for resolve your problem. Defective products must be returned within 15 days. Otherwise, no replacement or refund will be made.
If you have received products and don’t know how to install or think it with something defective, please provide the photos and contact us in time, we will do our best for resolve it.
If the warranty expires or products are misused, it will be declared void.
The original shipping, handling charges and return postage will not be refunded. warranty will not valid if any label is removed or the items were artificial damage
Should you change your mind after purchase, please contact us immediately. We can cancel your order as your request. However, if your order has been shipped out, you will be responsible for all the shipping expenses (including the original shipping, handling charges and return postage), and a 15% restocking fee will be charged. To return the product(s), you can refuse to accept the product(s) or contact our customer service department. Should you open the package, but do not want to accept the received product(s), a 15% restocking fee will be charged.
We try our best to delivery your desired products as soon as possible. In case you receive wrong products for our mistake, please contact us for exchange or refund. We will make exchange or refund arrangement after goods are returned.
Return
After receiving the products from us, please keep the package and enclosed documents properly. It is because they are all necessary to provide if you return defective product(s) in the future.
Email our customer service department. It would be appreciated if you can provide your order and payment detail with everything received, including enclosed documents. Missing of any original components may incur a refusal of exchange or refund from us.
Please note that you should be responsible for the loss of shipment. You can insure the package to reduce potential loss that you may suffer.
